Miles Tilmann's
3D Concepts

Born in Ann Arbor Michigan, Miles eventually found himself in Florida studying drawing in college. In 1996 his college roomate bought a keyboard and Miles
began experimenting with music, having been inspired by such diverse sources as the rave music of the early 90s, industrial, the Beatles, and Pink Floyd. It was here in Florida where he met and collaborated with the people who would later go on to form the record label sub:marine.

Miles moved to Chicago in 1999 to pursue his interests in both music and drawing. Drawing plays a part in Miles' music in both the planning stages and
presentation. He sketches out visually metaphoric representations of songs in a notebook and uses them as catylists for his compositions. He has also created
limited edition Christmas albums (XmasEPs) with hand drawn covers, and has self-published a small book of lithograph drawings, each of them individually signed and numbered.

He has toured America three times in support of the Underland EP (sub:marine), 3D Concepts 12 inch (Toytronic) and "Over and Through", a ten inch released on consumers research + development.

Miles' live set will be beaty / dancy / electro type stuff at this time. Don't miss it!

Twittering Machine

The Twittering Machine is an San Francisco IDM producer, charting the area between exp. hip hop and the great chaos. ART
Brian Barneclo Live Painting

Brian Barneclo was born in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1972. He has been living and working in San Francisco's mission district for seven years.

Brian's intent with art is to tap into that same life-force that guided so many of his "heroes". Pablo Picasso had it, John Coltrane had it, Bruce Lee had it- to name a few. Personal revelation and discovery is the photosynthesis of painting. It is Brian's desire to innovate, and develop his own shorthand style of communicating stream of consciousness/ subconscious that forms the essence of his work. He allows such contradictions as humor and stoicism to play out on the canvas as he grabs imagery from his peripheral experience and puts it in the spotlight.

He was featured in SF bay Guardian's Best of The Bay 2004 (In fact he did Best of the Bay Mural on the Bay Guardian's building). He also did it for VANS, Outlaw Skateboard bowls lately.

"I developed my eye through skateboarding. The streets, people andarchitecture of San Francisco inspire my artwork. I combine these elements with the influence of American pop culture, especially the music.

My background in sign painting has opened me up to the use of letters, symbols and words in my art. This allows me to convey big ideas with little effort. The vibes, the glimpses, the mental snapshots of the city form vignettes, and this is what I feel when I paint."
